Neocrete was one of 10 businesses invited to pitch at the annual Icehouse Showcase in August at the Spark Arena.
"Pitching to around a thousand eager investors was a great experience" said Zarina, who, as always, crushed it with her concrete puns and hard questions.
"Neocrete is just closing its Series A round (Seed round if you're from the US), so the timing was perfect for us" said Zarina.
"We've had huge interest from across New Zealand and around the world - it shows how motivated investors are to tackle climate change."
