Neocrete co-founder and CEO Zarina Alexander pitched and won the Reset Connect London Pitch and Invest Program at Reset Connect during London Climate Action Week 2026, Europe's largest independent climate event. The pitch stage puts market-ready climate solutions in front of active investors, so taking the win is a clear signal the technology is worth backing.
The win sends Neocrete to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco on 6 November 2026, representing the UK against 100+ regional champions for a US$1 million investment prize.

Ella Reshef is the Chief of Staff at Neocrete, where she works across strategy, operations and commercial execution, connecting the technical, market and leadership teams to turn Neocrete's SCM-activation technology into global adoption. She brings a background in business development and commercialisation, with a track record of taking science from the lab to commercial scale, and holds a BSc(Hons) in Biomedical Science and a PgDip in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Auckland.
